Management and Maintenance

Our management team is available during office hours and is always happy to assist residents in person, by phone, or via email. We strive to respond promptly to any questions or concerns.

Yes! Our dedicated onsite maintenance team is available to handle repairs and routine maintenance requests efficiently.

With permission to enter, you do not need to be present. Otherwise, a resident or authorized person should be available to grant access.

We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.

If you are locked out after office hours, please contact our emergency maintenance line. During office hours, you may call or visit the office for assistance.

Amenities

Yes! We offer designated resident parking as well as guest parking options at no cost. Please check with the office for availability and any permit requirements.

Cabana Aldea offers excellent amenities designed to bring relaxation and recreation right to your doorstep. Enjoy a resident-exclusive fitness center, co-working space, pool, BBQ stations, dog park, hammock courtyard, and event lawn. Additional conveniences include a parcel locker system, controlled access, secured bike storage, on-site maintenance, covered parking, Blink EV charging, and BILT Rewards, all crafted to enhance your lifestyle and comfort.

At Cabana Aldea, you will have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you get chores done, so you can do more of what you love. Here, you can easily stay cool with the central A/C and cook to your heart's content with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, fridge, and so much more.

Cabana Aldea's apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.

We aim to approve all applications within hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!

At Cabana Aldea, paying rent is simple and convenient. You can pay online via BILT, by cashier’s check, or set up automatic payments. Our office can also accept personal checks or certified funds. Please contact the office for details on each option.

At Cabana Aldea, all residents are required to have renter's insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the Renter's Insurance policy in more depth.

We’re already equipped for Cox quick connect internet, but you’re welcome to use any internet provider you prefer.

If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee. When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.

Once your lease is signed, the office will provide instructions for setting up your utilities with local providers.

Water, sewer, and trash are included in a flat-rate fee that varies by apartment size. SRP electric and the internet provider of choice are the resident’s responsibility and are not included in the rent.

Coming from I-10? Take Exit 133B for Loop 101 North. Continue on Loop 101 and take the Cardinals Way exit. Head west on Cardinals Way then turn left onto 99th Avenue. Turn right onto Montebello Avenue — Cabana Aldea will be just ahead on your right.

Coming from Loop 101? Take the Cardinals way exit and head west. Turn left on 99th Avenue, then right onto Montebello Avenue. You’ll see Cabana Aldea on your right-hand side. When you arrive, the leasing office is located just before the community gates on your right-hand side, with future resident parking available right out front.

For Future Residents

To apply for your new home at Cabana Aldea, visit the floorplans page and apply now! You are also able to apply by clicking the "apply now" tab at the top of the page.

When reviewing an application to rent at Cabana Aldea, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.

Applicants must have verifiable income equal to or greater than 2.5 times the gross market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 5 times the gross market rent.

Rental qualifications include a review of your rental history, credit, income, and background.

Income is verified through pay stubs, employment letters, or other approved documentation. For a full list of approved documentation for proof of income, please contact the leasing office.

Our system generates a risk vs. credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and outstanding balances owed to other management companies may result in an application being denied.

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions Cabana Aldea get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.

Each unit is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and ready for move-in, including functioning appliances and utilities setup.

Our community maintains a friendly, peaceful environment. Noise levels vary by time of day, but we strive to ensure all residents feel comfortable.

We want you to make your new space home! You can decorate, but please keep in mind you may be charged for hole repairs if you hang art or TVs. If you have a question about what types of decorations are permitted, please call our leasing team!

Besides the flat-rate fee for water, sewer, and trash, there are no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay!

Subletting and short term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. are strictly prohibited.

To make sure Cabana Aldea is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!

On move-in day, you will pay your prorated rent, security deposit, and the flat-rate fee for water, sewer, and trash. Our leasing team is happy to walk you through all up-front costs and answer any questions you may have!
